Problems or difficulties in project implementation
Nasir County, which has been the platform of UNKEA’s
CPA project, was heavily affected by this war meaning that the livelihood
of people has been immensely interfered with. People have suffered
psychologically and continue to be traumatized by the effects of
the war. They have also suffered socially and economically.
This program was designed to ensure that community, in the Nasir
County and its environs have understood the CPA and rule of law.
UNKEA has kick off the CPA dissemination workshop 2nd in Nasir
County, Upper Nile State in the month of October 1st and 2nd 2008,
and all the identified community members to serves as disseminators
are fully aware about the program and waiting for the water level
to go down so that they might reach the proposed payams with the
message
